
A young boy can find
something to do, when their is ultimately nothing to do. One
of the nothing games we would play was Leap-frog, and this game
would usually end up in a squabble because one wise guy would raise
up just as the other guy was hopping over him. Needless to say this
game caused lots of cuts and bruises. I really didn't care for
that game too much because I was so little I had to take two hops
then tussle over those big boys backs. They didn't like that too
much, but they put up with me anyway. that's what pals are for.
