Hi-Ho
Boy! What I would do for
a Hi-Ho Barbeque right now! I believe, every person can remember a special food
that they enjoyed more than any other when they were young. Mine was a barbeque
sandwich that was sold by Mr. Joe Spalitta, at his service station. He is of
Italian blood and you know how much pride the place on their sauces. In my
opinion, he has perfected a barbeque sauce that was fit for a King. Some special
times when Mom and Dad had a few pennies to spare, they would pick up a bag full
of these and we seven children would dispose of them faster than a country hog
could eat a cit hog’s slop.
