itself.". If one really absorbs this statement he can deal with just about
any given situation. This doesn't mean not to be concerned with a problem, it
just means to be calm and sort-out the options, then make a judgment that is
logical to solve the problem. This anthrax situation is a perfect example to apply
this theory. Definitely the persons distributing this scare tactic is playing
upon ones' fear. After this fear has dissolved, then the main factor of the plan
has been eliminated, therefore this tactic will become useless.
